Refund policy

⚠️ RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges:

• We only accept returns if the item is defective or if we made a mistake in your order (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color).
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Please contact our customer support to get a return authorization before sending your item back.

 

💵 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the defective item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• No restocking fees will be charged.
• If the return is approved, the original shipping cost will also be refunded.

 

🚚 Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is free if the product is defective or if the return is due to our mistake.
• We do not accept returns for any other reason (such as change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer).

 

❌ Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are shipped (whichever comes first).
• If your order has already been shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
